Project Details

SnL Group, Inc. is seeking quotes for subcontractors and vendors for the following items, but not limited to: traffic control, site demo and clearing, grading, pavement grinding, asphalt paving, striping and pavement markings , 48" & 60" Sanitary Sewer Manholes, 4" to 30" Sanitary Sewer Main, 2" to 10" Water Main, fiber optic conduits and pull boxes, aggregate materials, trucking and more.

Scope of Work: installation of new sewer gravity main, recycled water main and sewer force main, sewer manholes, pavement grinding and overlay approximately 13,000 linear feet..

DBE Goals: 24% of the federal financial assistance in DOT-assisted contracts. Broken down into 12% race-conscious and 12% race-neutral components.


DOT-assisted contract is applicable with this project.

Wage Requirements for this project is State Prevailing Wage (www.dir.ca.gov) and Federal Minimum Wage rate requirements. "If there is a difference between the minimum wage rates predetermined by the Secretary of Labor and the general prevailing wage rates determined by the Director of the California Department of Industrial Relations for similar classifications of labor, the contractor and subcontractors shall pay not less than the higher wage rate."

Insurance Requirements: each subcontractor must submit proof of work comp insurance and obtain work comp throughout the completion of the project.

All Subcontractors who will be performing work onsite must be registered with a DIR Contractor Number, at the time of the bid opening.

Requirements: by submitting a proposal, the bidder affirms that they have carefully examined ALL the bidding documents/addenda and that from his/her own investigation, they have satisfied themselves as to the nature and location of the work. SnL's written subcontract documents execution is required of all successful subcontract bids.
