SnL Group, Inc. is seeking quotes from Subcontractors, Vendors and Materials suppliers, including all SBE, DBE, MBE and WBEs, to perform, provide materials and/or complete the following scope of work, including but not limited to: constructing a new sewer system, including 15-inch to 6-inch gravity sewer piping; 6-inch force main piping; 6-inch and 4-inch gravity laterals; force main laterals; manholes; rod holes; cleanouts; and combination air valves. Modify three existing lift stations, install two new package lift stations, and construct one new lift station. Installation of residential grinder pump systems and abandonment of existing septic tanks. Install new aerators, aeration basin, blowers, supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) system.
Under the DBE Program, entities can no longer self-certify. Certificates will be accepted form: Small Business Administration (SBA), Department of Transportation, Tribal, State, or Local Government, or Minority Business Development.

This project does require American Iron and Steel Requirements (AIS).
Wage Requirements for this project are funded in part by the State Revolving Fund (SRF), which requires payment of both the State of California (DIR) and US Department of Labor (Davis-Bacon) prevailing wages. If there is a difference between the minimum wage rate determined by the secretary of Labor and the prevailing wage rates determined by the State of California for similar classifications of labor, the higher wage rate shall prevail.
Insurance Requirements: each subcontractor must submit proof of work comp insurance and obtain work comp throughout the completion of the project.
All Subcontractors who will be performing work onsite must be registered with a DIR Contractor Number, at the time of the bid opening.
All Subcontractors who will be performing work onsite must abide by the California Air Resources Board (CARB) In-Use Off-Road Diesel-Fuel Fleet Regulations.
Requirements: by submitting a proposal, the bidder affirms that they have carefully examined ALL the bidding documents/addenda and that from his/her own investigation, they have satisfied themselves as to the nature and location of the work. SnL's written subcontract documents execution is required of all successful subcontract bids.
