Psomas is seeking qualifications from certified DBE firms capable of providing services in the following areas: grant compliance support, and other related professional services for the College Park East Stormwater Infrastructure Design Services Project (CIP SD2601) for the City of Seal Beach.

Upon request, Psomas will assist in providing information regarding the consultant's procurement of bonds, lines of credit, equipment and/or insurance. This RFP shall not obligate Psomas to either contract with, or reimburse costs to respond hereto.
