This project involves drilled shafts and bridge retaining walls in support of a bridge (constructed by others), a concrete-lined canal with an adjacent paseo and park, storm sewer improvements tied to the canal outfall, and utility improvements and relocations to support the canal development.

Required scopes of work include: concrete pavement, asphalt paving, retaining walls, landscaping, hardscape, irrigation, lighting, installation of site furnishings, sanitary sewer, storm drainage, drilled shafts, electrical/SCADA, and site improvement work. Several alternates are included for consideration, including a Canal B safety step, an animal track concrete stamp, a custom emblem, a custom mural, and tree relocation.
