Stalco is submitting a bid to the Inc. Village of Hempstead for the Renovation of Existing 3rd Floor at 1 Helen Keller Way project and are seeking qualified NYS certified MBE, WBE & SDVOB subcontractors to provide quotes.

This project has a Minority Requirements of MWBE 30%, SDVOB 6% & a Local Business Participation Initiative of 10%.

The work includes, but is not limited to, the following:
1. Removal and disposal of all existing items scheduled for demolition as shown on the plans including but not limited to partition walls, finishes, window sills, interior doors, frames, and associated hardware, lights, ceiling grid, existing lighting and mechanical diffusers.
2. Prep existing slab, walls and ceiling to recieve new construction as shown on drawings.
3. Installation of new partition walls, interior doors, frames, and hardware.
4. Complete installation of (2) single-use ADA bathrooms
