The work includes but is not limited to the following:
Abatement and Demolition of three 1-story buildings (approx. 17,500 SF total), and existing hardscape and softscape on a 110,110 SF site. Construct a parking lot with lighting, site security & access control, chain link fence, gates, site concrete, asphalt paving, striping, landscape and utilities. Site masonry and metal stud framed wall with plaster and paint, metal roof, hollow metal pedestrian door and roll-up vehicular doors, parking control equipment and a ticket kiosk are also in this project scope.
We are seeking bid proposal for: Survey, Erosion Control Setup and/or Inspections, Site Demolition, Masonry, Metal Deck, Misc. Steel & Metal Fab, Electrical, Grading, Asphalt Paving, Striping, Signage, paint, Parking Lot Control equipment, Ticket Kiosk, Low Voltage, Site Concrete, Chain Link Fence & Gates, Landscape & Irrigation and Utilities.

Project has 25% certified Community Business Enterprises (CBE) goal.
