NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that FLINT, the selected Lease-Leaseback Entity, will receive bids for the SUHSD Sequoia HS New Classroom Building, located at 1201 Brewster Avenue, Redwood City, CA 94062.

The project requires prevailing wages to be paid to all on site workers.

Scope includes: field engineering, site demo earthwork & paving, site utilities, landscaping, fencing & gates, concrete, structural steel/misc metals, metal decking, carpentry, millwork FOB, insulation, roofing, sheet metal, waterproofing & joint sealants, doors/frames/hardware, glazing, cement plaster, gyp board, soft flooring, epoxy flooring, paint, elevator, fire suppression, plumbing/mechanical, electrical/low voltage, and final clean.
