JMB Construction, Inc. is seeking certified DBE/MBE/WBE subcontractor participation for construction of the EBMUD's
Water Treatment Plant Effluent Meters and Large Customer Meters Improvements and Circle Regulator Replacement project.
We are seeking quotes for the following items:
Electrical & Instrumentation, Traffic Control, Trucking, Waterproofing, Welding, Rebar, CIDH Piles. Vendors: Ready-mix Concrete, Aggregates, Precast Structures, Pipe & Fittings.
Work includes flow meter and flow verification improvements at Chevron No. 3 & 4, C&H Sugar, Walnut Creek Water Treatment Plant, and Sobrante Water Treatment Plant. Work also includes replacement of the Circle Regulator.
Engineers Estimate is $8.0M to $10.0M
We are available to assist interested subs and vendors with questions regarding scopes of work, interpretation of bid documents, obtaining bonds,
insurance and lines of credit or any other technical assistance needed. We can also assist DBE's in obtaining necessary equipment, supplies or
materials. We are also available to discuss breaking out portions of work to encourage DBE participation.
