Resource Environmental Services is seeking proposal from qualified Disabled Veteran Business Enterprises (DVBE), as well as other interested subcontractors and suppliers, for the following project "Bubbling Wells Elementary School - New Construction and Modernization Project".

The project consists of the removal of twenty (20) existing portable classrooms and six (6) permanent classroom buildings. Possible subcontractor/suppliers include concrete & asphalt removal, trucking and hauling, construction material, and equipment rental.

RES is a union company signatory to laborers and operating engineers. Bonds may be required from all subcontractors with proposals exceeding $100,000. Please provide bond rate with proposal.
