Tahoe Cedars Water System - Pre-Construction Services Outreach Meeting

Granite Construction is hosting an Outreach Meeting for pre-construction services on the Tahoe Cedars Water System (TCWS) Replacement Project. The meeting will be held on the Zoom platform. Attendees will learn more about the project, the delivery model (progressive
design-build) and how to take part.

The TCWS project has two stages - Stage 1: Pre-construction/Design Development, and Stage 2: Construction, and includes: Replacing 15 miles of undersized and failing water mains, relocating 632 water service lines from backyards to the street, installing 97 new fire hydrants, and installing over 1,000 residential water meters. It includes categories of: 237110 - Water and Sewer Line and Related Structures Construction; 237310 - Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction; 237990 - Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction; and 541320 - Engineering Services.
