Spring into Working with Caltrans webinar series

Caltrans Districts 1, 2, and 3 (covering Northern California) is hosting a three-part "Spring into Working with Caltrans" webinar series on April 1st, 2nd, and 3rd of 2025. The first session, "A Closer Look at Bonding and Estimate & Bid Preparation", will covering the process of preparing an estimate in an industry-standard fashion, as well as understanding bonding as it relates to public works projects. The second session, "I Have a Contract, Now What?" will cover how to manage the process of contract delivery once you've been awarded a contract, including common mistakes to avoid. The third session, "I Don't Have a Contract, Now What?" will give attendees an inside look at the reasons a given bid might have failed and how to remedy mistakes for future bids. All three webinars run from 10 AM to 11:30 AM on their respective days.
