Printed copies of the plans are available at the City of Merced at 678 W. 18th Street Merced, CA 95341, (209) 388-8708. Digital copies of the plans and specifications may be obtained from the City of Merced Engineering Department by sending an email to Amber Minami at MinamiA@Cityofmerced.org for a fee of $50.00.
GEORGE REED, INC. is signatory to Operating Engineers, Laborers, and Cement Masons Unions. 100% Performance and Payment Bonds may be required for the full amount of subcontract price. GEORGE REED, INC. will pay bond premium up to 2%. Subcontractor must possess current insurance and workers compensation coverage meeting Owner’s and GRI’s insurance requirements. Insurance waiver of subrogation is also required.
