Addition and renovation of existing Town Hall Center.
Including material, equipment, rental, install, or turn key contractors.
We are seeking all divisions including grading, foundations, wood framing, siding, roofing, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, interior finishes, drywall, paint, interior trim, furnishings, and accessories.

We are looking for at least 10% minority or HUB participation.

Bonding is required, but special arrangements can be made if bonding is not possible. General Liability and Workman's Comp are required.
