REVISION - ADDENDUM #1 (9/30/22)
Due to supply chain shortages, the completion date of November 21, 2022, has been extended to May 1,
2023. The due date for the bid has not changed. It will remain October 10, 2022, at 11:00 am. The successful
vendor is expected to complete as much construction as possible in 2022. Construction will commence in 2023
as weather permits.

REVISION - ADDENDUM #2 (9/30/22)
The original bid published on September 30, 2022 instructed bidders to submit their responses via email. This is incorrect. Please submit your response via a hard copy. See instructions below.

BID SUBMITTAL
Submittals shall be received no later than October 10, 2022, at 11:00 am (CST). Late submissions will not be accepted. An original Bid Bond shall be included with each bid submittal. Copies will not be accepted.
