Traffic Control, Trucking, Asphalt Milling, Asphalt Paving, Concrete Flat Work, Soils Testing

Vendors: Readymix Concrete, Aggregates

Francisco, CA 94080 or can be downloaded at https://webapps.sfpuc.org/bids/BidDetail.aspx?bidid=4399, please contact email listed above for assistance. Bond may be required. JMB will cover costsup to 1.5%.
Call for assistance with plan or spec interpretation, credit line, bonding, insurance, equipment, supplies and materials.

Subcontractors will be required to enter into our standard contract. Subcontractors must possess a current contractors license, DIR
registration number and appropriate insurance. Please contact us for specific insurance requirements. JMB is signatory to Operating
Engineers, Laborers& Carpenters. This is a prevailing wage project.
JMB will make every efort to assist subs and suppliers in breakingdown work items or scopes of work to facilitate DBE/LBE participation.
