Description of Project: Howard County intends to procure the services of multiple construction firms to perform on-call construction of miscellaneous water and sewer utilities. The projects may include, but are not limited to, utility construction involving: water main extensions, sewer main extensions, installation of water valves, fire hydrants, manholes, water and sewer service connections, storm drain relocations/replacements, and emergency service contract work.
