We are seeking quote for Subcontractors, material supplier and vendors for, but not limited to, work consisting of construction of a new facility +/- 10,000SF pre-fabricated metal building, 2,100SF covered canopies and600SF of metal frame structure; including pre-fabricated metal building structural system, metals, casework, thermal & moisture protection, doors, windows, finishes, specialties, kitchen equipment, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, HVAC, site improvements (clear & grub, grading, building pad, aggregate, concrete, etc.), fencing, site utilities and fire protection system.

MBE/WBE Section 3 requirements. SnL is open to discuss different portions of work for MBE/WBE participation.

Insurance Requirements: each subcontractor must submit proof of work comp insurance and obtain work comp throughout the completion of the project Requirements: by submitting a proposal, the bidder affirms that they have carefully examined ALL the bidding documents/addenda and that from his/her own investigation, they have satisfied themselves as to the nature and location of the work. SnL's written subcontract documents execution is required of all successful subcontract bids.
