FBD Vanguard Construction, Inc. is requesting quotes from all certified DBE firms for the following items of work including but not limited to: Construction Area Signs, Traffic Control System, Temporary Pedestrian Access Route, Portable Changeable Message Sign , Prepare Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan, Temporary Drainage Inlet Protection, Street Sweeping, Temporary Concrete Washout, Roadside Clearing, Class 2 Aggregate Base , Hot Mix Asphalt (Type A), Tack Coat, Remove Asphalt Concrete Pavement, Remove Drainage Facility, Detectable Warning Surface, Ready Mix Concrete, Remove Concrete (Curb, Gutter, Sidewalk), Pre/Post Construction Surveys, Miscellaneous Iron And Steel, Adjust Access Box Frame And Cover (Utility), Adjust Manhole Frame And Cover (Utility), Thermoplastic Crosswalk And Pavement Marking (Enhanced Wet Night Visibility), Remove Pavement Marking, Modifying Signal And Lighting Systems and All Material Suppliers.

A 100% payment bond and performance bond will be required. Vanguard will pay bond premium up to 2%. Subcontractors must possess a current contractors license, insurance and workers compensation coverage meeting the owners requirements and will be required to sign the standard FBD Vanguard Construction, Inc. subcontract agreement.
