We are seeking quotations for construction contractors licensed to perform electrical, low voltage, telecom, fire alarm, security, crane & rigging, NETA testing, and excavation.

Seeking contractors certified as MBE and WBE pursuant to 40 CFR Part 33.
Certifications will ONLY be accepted from the following:
a. The United States Environmental Protection Agency (“EPA”)
b. The Small Business Administration (“SBA”);
c. The Department of Transportation’s State implemented DBE Certification
Program (with U.S. citizenship);
d. Tribal, State, and Local governments; or
e. Independent private organization certifications.

Also seeking contractors certified by City of San Francisco Contract Monitoring Division as Small or Micro LBE
This project is subject to a PLA. Contractors performing scope claimed by one of the Unions that are party to the PLA will need to comply with the PLA. Contractors performing scope claimed by the IBEW (electrical), Operating Engineers, and Laborer Unions will need to employ union workforces.
