Project Details

We are seeking quotations for construction contractors licensed to perform electrical, low voltage, telecom, fire alarm, security, crane & rigging, NETA testing, and excavation.

In addition, this contract is subject to the EPA Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Requirements.

To qualify for EPA’s DBE program, entities must meet the certification criteria under the 8% or 10% statutes, or other criteria listed under 40 CFR §33.202 and/or §33.203.
EPA’s 8% Statute:
An entity must establish that it is owned or controlled by women or Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) who are of good character and citizens of the U.S.
EPA’s 10% Statute:
An entity must establish that it is owned and controlled by HBCUs, Black Americans, Hispanic Americans, Native Americans, Asian Americans, women, or disabled Americans who are of good character and citizens of the U.S.
