We are seeking quotes for subcontractors and material supplier for, but not limited to; Water main pipe and appurtenances (2 to 10 inch), fire hydrants, meters, aggregated base, sand, Storm Water Pollution Prepare Plan and implementation, traffic control, sheeting and shoring, directional drilling, bollards, pavement marking, asphalt paving, construction and project signs and micro-surfacing roadways.

Project includes installing approx. 14,155ft of water main, with reconnecting services, existing and new fire hydrants, relocating services, directional drilling and retrofitting existing meters.

SnL Group, Inc. is available to discuss breaking out work to achieve DBE participation.

This project is looking for DBE's, including; Small Business (SBE), Minority and Women Owned (MBE, WEBE, WBE), Disabled Veterans (DVBE) and DBE. DBE subcontractors and supplies can no longer self-certify and must be certified at the time of bid opening. Proof of DBE Certification must be submitted with your proposal/quote.

Quotes and Proposals must be submitted with form 00450-1 Cert Regarding Debarment, Suspension, etc., and 00495-5 DBE Participation form, and 00495-7 DBE Performance Form (if applicable) from the proposal document.

Wage requirements are prevailing wage rates for Shasta County, set forth by the State of California, Dept. of Industrial Relations at
www.dir.ca.gove/DLSR/PWD. Each subcontractor must submit proof of current and active DIR Contractor Registration when submitting a quote.

Insurance requirements: each subcontractor must submit proof of workers compensation insurance and obtain work comp throughout the completion of the project.

Requirements: by submitting a proposal/quote, the bidder affirms that they have carefully examined ALL the bidding documents/addenda and that from his/her own investigation, they have satisfied themselves as to the nature and location of the work. SnL's written subcontract documents execution is required of all successful subcontract bids.
