Plans and specifications may be viewed in our office, at your local Builders Exchange, or may be obtained at the office of the City of Atwater, Engineering Division, 750 Bellevue Road, Atwater, CA, (209) 357-6233, upon request and payment of $50.00 per set, which is non-refundable and includes sales tax.

GEORGE REED, INC. is signatory to Operating Engineers, Laborers, and Cement Masons Unions. 100% Performance and Payment Bonds may be required for the full amount of subcontract price. GEORGE REED, INC. will pay bond premium up to 2%. Subcontractor must possess current insurance and workers compensation coverage meeting Owner’s and GRI’s insurance requirements. Insurance waiver of subrogation is also required.
