Trees, Remove Ex. Railroad Tie Header Board, Salvage Ex. Chainlink Fence, Remove Existing Wood Fence, Salvage Ex. Concrete Pavers, Ready Mix Concrete, Detectable Warning Surface, Class II AB, Hot Mix Asphalt, Thermoplastic Pavement Marking, Thermoplastic Traffic Stripe, 3" Plastic Pipe (Pvc Storm), 6" Drain Inlet , Type Go Drainage Inlet, Adjust Ex. Inlet Frame And Grate, Water Pollution Control, Conform Grading, Adjust Ex. Water Meter Box, Relocate Water Meter, Adjust Ex. Water Valve Cover , Relocate Existing Water Valve, Adjust Ex. Fire Hydrant, Reconstruct Wood Fence, Reconstruct Chain Link Fence, 6' Chain Link Gate and All Material Suppliers.

A 100% payment bond and performance bond will be required. Vanguard will pay bond premium up to 2%. Subcontractors must possess a current contractors license, insurance and workers compensation coverage meeting the owners requirements and will be required to sign the standard FBD Vanguard Construction, Inc. subcontract agreement.
