Pavement Coatings Co. is requesting quotes from all qualified LBE, MBE, WBE, and OBE subcontractors and suppliers including certified firms for the following items of work, including but not limited to; Materials supply/delivery, Trucking, Traffic Control, Cold Planing, Sweeping, Rental Equipment, Construction Area Signs, Portable Changeable Message Signs, Temporary Retroreflective Markers (Floppies), Temporary Removable Pavement Tape, WPCP, Crackfill, AC Surfacing, Disposal of Hazardous Excavated Material ETC Quotations will be broken down to comparable packages as reasonably necessary. Pavement Coatings Co. will work with interested subcontractors to identify opportunities to break down items into economically feasible packages. All Supplier and Subcontractor proposals shall be in strict accordance with said project plans, specifications, and any addenda issued.

Pavement Coatings Co. is a Union signatory contractor and an equal opportunity employer. Subcontractor's quotes should include any updates pertaining to addendum issued as well as follow specifications. MBE, WBE, SBE, LBE, and OBE subcontractors should possess a current contractor's license, worker's compensation, and verification that is attached with proposal. Bonds pertaining to performance or payment may be required.
