Doolittle Construction LLC is requesting quotes from all qualified Small-LBE and/or Micro-LBE subcontractors and suppliers including certified firms for the following items of work , including but not limited to: aggregate supply/delivery of Micro surfacing Type II & III, Slurry Seal Type II & III, Emulsion supply/delivery, Crack Seal application, crack seal material, Certified Flagging, Traffic Control Plans, Portable Changeable Message Signs, Temporary reflective overlay pavement markers (floppies), Paving Contractors to perform : Hot Mix Asphalt Speed Hump/ Cushion, Full Depth Planing Per 2-Inch Depth of cut and Placement of Asphalt Concrete, Street Sweeping services. Project Safety Representative (PSR): Refer to Section 01 35 45 - Health and Safety Criteria, paragraph 1.3B. Asbestos Competent Person (ACP): Refer to section 01 35 45 - Health and Safety Criteria, paragraph 1.3B.

This project has a 25% LBE goal.

A 100% payment bond and performance bond will be required.
Insurance will be required from all subcontractors.

Note: Contractor License Number, DIR Registration Number and LBE Certification (or other agency) must be included with any bid submission. Please note that all California public works projects are prevailing wage projects.
