We are actively seeking sub-bids on all trades from qualified and certified DBE, WBE, MBE, and local subcontractors and suppliers. The work to be performed under this contract shall consist of the following: all tools, equipment, material, supplies, manufactured articles, labor, transportation, and required utilities (including fuel, power, water, and essential communications). We intend to help and work with all qualified firms seeking participation on this project. Portions of work for the project include the following: Site Demolition, Fencing, Rebar, Metal Fabs, Fiberglass Doors, Skylights & Louvers, Plastering, Painting & Coatings, HVAC, Polyethylene Tanks, Piping & Valves, Sump Pumps, Chemical Feed Injectors, Electrical & Instrumentation, etc. Garney subcontract is available for review upon request.

Garney Pacific, Inc. is proposing on the EBMUD Main Wastewater Treatment Plant Dechlorination Facility Improvements Phase 3, as Prime General Contractor. All work performed or other operations required, for the fulfillment of the Contract shall be in strict accordance with the Contract Documents. Work shown on the Drawings, or indicated in the Specifications, or indicated elsewhere in the Contract Documents is part of the Work, regardless of whether indicated below. Project documents are available for your review at our office, or you can send requests of interest to fmata@garney.com, and a link will be provided to the specs/plans. Subcontractors are required to meet insurance and labor requirements provided in the project specifications. Subcontractors may be required to provide 100% payment and performance bonds. For assistance with bonding, insurance, or lines of credit, please contact our office. Firms must include small business certification, contractor license number, and DIR number with quote. Bonds required. Review DBE requirements. The Engineer’s Estimate is $2,500,000 for Base bid. Please note that Garney Pacific Inc. is signatory to the Laborers and Operators Unions. Outreach Terms & Requirements- Garney Pacific, Inc. will provide FIRMS, if requested, with required assistance in bonding, insurance. Quotes per project bid items must be submitted before the due bid date and time to allow proper evaluation. Quotes are required to be in accordance with project plans, specs, and good for the entire contract duration. The project is a prevailing wage public job. FIRM's quote must consider all terms related to prevailing wage terms. FIRMS must possess and maintain a current contractor license, insurance, and worker compensation coverage during the project 100% payment bond and performance bond for the full amount of the subcontract price may be required. FIRMS that submit their quote explicitly acknowledge and agree to all above terms and responsibilities.
