The Work under this Contract includes all demolition, utility disconnect, and regulated materials abatement of the Project Site. The Work also includes the construction of a new regulator structure and decommissioning of an existing regulator structure in the Shorehaven neighborhood of the Bronx, NY, with all associated structural, civil, electrical, demolition, and site restoration work. Principal Items of Work: Furnish and install temporary sound and vibration monitoring systems around surrounding gated community. Relocate existing above and below grade utilities. Support of Excavation with a secant pile (approx. 120 EA - 3’ Dia. x 50’ deep) ring around existing structure. Excavate and make structural modifications to existing structure, 18’ below grade. Furnish and install new mechanical equipment (tide gates, stop logs). Furnish and install a new SCADA system and electrical elements. Backfill and restore job site to existing conditions.

Project solicitation needs include, but are not limited to the following scope:
Secant Piler, CPM Scheduling, survey, progress photo & video, aggregate supply, concrete supply, rebar supply, trucking services, asphalt paving, mechanical, electrical, line striping, and landscaping.

The Minority Goals are
