Resource Environmental, Inc. is seeking DVBE subcontractors and suppliers for the prime project ID Project No. 2021-IFB-004 TECHNOLOGY & HEALTH - INCREMENT 1 for Mt. San Antonio College.

The general scope consists of abatement and demolition of the existing aquatics complex as well as earthwork, temporary shoring, site work and installation of new and relocated site utility infrastructure in preparation for the future new Technology & Health Replacement Building.

Possible subcontracting opportunities include fencing, earthwork, surveying, sawcutting, grading, temp shoring and trucking debris. Possible suppliers needed include construction materials and supplies and hazardous materials abatement supplies.

Resource encourages any DVBE subcontractor or supplier to submit a quote, even if it overlaps with work we self-perform. This project is subject to the payment of prevailing wages and is subject to the District's Community Workforce Agreement (CWA).
