Please send an email request to WABIDS@flatironcorp.com Due to Covid-19 & social distancing requirements still in place in some areas, we are not currently scheduling appointments to review project docs or meet with estimators in our office. 100% performance and payment bonds by an admitted surety will be required for the full amount of the subcontract bid price. Bonds are subject to approval by Flatiron. Flatiron will pay bond premium up to 2.0%. Worker's Compensation Waiver of Subrogation required. Please contact Flatiron for bonding and insurance requirements, or if any other assistance is needed to facilitate your participation on this project. Quotations must be valid for same duration as specified by owner for contract award. Flatiron is signatory to the Operating Engineers, Laborers, Carpenters, Cement Masons and Pile Drivers Unions.
