Background: H&H General Contractors has been awarded the SANTA
ANA RIVER TRAIL " PHASE III. This project originally
bid on September 1st, 2022. Sadly, since then, the owner of
the listed subcontractor for Rip Rap work ( Rock Structures
Construction) has unexpectedly passed away with no
succession plan in place. H&H General Contractors, Inc. is
looking to replace Rock Structures Construction with
another DBE Company.

Provide and Place Rock (Concrete by H&H)
H&H will provide access for your trucks, excavation and
Backfill and sub grade +- .10 of a foot. H&H will
Provide and Place ALL Concrete.
