We are actively seeking sub-bids on all trades from qualified and certified DBE, WBE, MBE, and local subcontractors and suppliers. The work to be performed under this contract shall consist of the following: all tools, equipment, material, supplies, manufactured articles, labor, transportation, and required utilities (including fuel, power, water, and essential communications). Portions of work for the project include the following: Site Surveying, Site Demolition, Earthwork, Trucking, Aggregates, Concrete Repair, Concrete Supply, Precast, Rebar, Misc. Metals & Metal Fabrications, Glass-FRP, Painting & Industrial Coatings, Electrical, Lighting, Backfill & Trenching, Valves, Pipe Supply, Pumping etc. Garney subcontract is available for review upon request.

Garney Pacific, Inc. is proposing on the EBMUD Main Wastewater Treatment Plant Secondary Clarifiers Rehab Phase 3 Project, as Prime General Contractor. Subcontractors are required to meet insurance and labor requirements provided in the project specifications. Subcontractors may be required to provide 100% payment and performance bonds.
