This project is NON-OCIP. Please review all insurance documents and ensure proper costs are included in your proposal.

The work under this contract consists generally of the rehabilitation and corrective maintenance of various walls across New York City. This project will consist of rehabilitation to the brick and stone veneer as well as the coping stones on retaining walls to include calking of openings/cracks and other associated preventive work.

Project solicitation needs include, but are not limited to the following scope:
CPM Scheduling, survey, progress photo & video, concrete supply, rebar supply, trucking services, asbestos abatement, painting and lead abatement, guardrails, fencing, and landscaping.

The Minority Goals are
DBE: 10%
