Project Details

Soquel Creek Water District (SqCWD) has issued a Request for Proposal (RFP) in support of the design and construction of the Pure Water Soquel (PWS) Project Learning Center and Signage which will be located at 2455 and 2505 Chanticleer Avenue, Santa Cruz CA 95062.

SqCWD is seeking proposals from experienced and qualified firms to provide professional services to conceptualize, design, fabricate and install exhibits, signage, media, and other educational tools in the public and community spaces at the PWS Purification Center. SqCWD intends to evaluate the submittals received and enter into a Contract with the qualified firm. The RFP packages are due Wednesday April 19, 2023 by 3:00 pm.

This RFP describes the required scope of services, the information that must be included in the submittal, and the selection process. Firms are encouraged to carefully review this RFP in its entirety prior to submitting their responses.

Failure to submit information in accordance with these requirements and procedures may be cause for disqualification. This RFP is available for downloading from the SqCWD website: soquelcreekwater.org/bids

This Project is partially financed by the USEPA WIFIA Program and SWRCB Prop 1 Groundwater Program and therefore, all firms must adhere to these funding program requirements. Iron and steel products shall comply with the USEPA American Iron and Steel requirements and labor shall comply with Davis-Bacon Act. Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) firms are encouraged to participate and non-DBE firms are encouraged to utilize DBE firms as sources of goods and services. Proposers must submit documentation of the affirmative steps taken to utilize DBEs in the work and documentation of its intended use of DBEs in the work prior to contract award.
