Seeking HUB certified businesses to provide quotations for the UCT Façade Maintenance Project.
The scopes of work we are looking to subcontract are as follows, according to the Texas NIGP book:
90900 - Building construction Services, New (incl. Maintenance and Repair Services)
91051 - Masonry, Concrete, and Stucco Maintenance, Finishing, and Repair Services Including Inside Concrete Sawing and Grouting Work
91008 - Concrete Raising and Undersealing Services
91447 - Glass and Glazing
28503 - Arresters, Lightning
91054 - Painting, Maintenance and Repair Services, Including Caulking
93153 - Lighting Fixtures Maintenance and Repair
91013 - Elevator Installation, Maintenance, Repair and Inspection Services
97537 - Garbage/Refuse Equipment, Dumpsters, etc. Rental or Lease
97182 - Toilets, Portable, Rental or Lease

The bid submittal is scheduled for April 6th at 10:00AM CST. We request that you submit your proposals to us no later than April 3rd at 2:00PM CST on the items of work or materials that your company is certified to supply or perform. Please email your quotation directly to tlong@restocon.com and bids@restocon.com. Your quote must conform to all requirements of the bid documents, including but not limited to the plans, general provisions, special provisions, specifications, and contract for construction of the owner/agency (including addenda thereto) and follow all federal, state, and local laws. Please note, this project has special rules and requirements. Ensure you read the documentation and contact Restocon if you have any questions regarding these requirements.

Payment and Performance bonds in the amount of 100% of the contract value ARE REQUIRED by the awarding agency.

Insurance requirements are listed in the sample agreement, please review and confirm your compliance as part of the bid package.
