NON-DBE SUBS/SUPPLIERS: You will be expected to carry a proportionate percentage of 2nd-tier DBE participation with your quote. Second-tier DBE participation will be evaluated with your price.

GEORGE REED, INC. is signatory to Operating Engineers, Laborers, and Cement Masons Unions. 100% Performance and Payment Bonds may be required for the full amount of subcontract price. GEORGE REED, INC. will pay bond premium up to 2%. Subcontractor must possess current insurance and workers compensation coverage meeting Owner’s and GRI’s insurance requirements. Insurance waiver of subrogation is also required.
