Liberty Lane Apartments
Location: Redlands, California

The Liberty Lane project consists of (4) multi-family apartment buildings, two stories high, on grade with stacked flat apartments, 80 units total. Assigned parking is provided with carports and surface parking. The apartment buildings are occupancy Type R-2 and construction Type V-B. Also included is community building, which consist of leasing offices and common amenity spaces, the community building is occupancy Type A-3/B and construction Type V-B.


Walton Construction, Inc. plans to receive bids from Section 3, Local Hire and DVBE firms for participation in the Liberty Lane project. Certified firms must provide a copy of their current Section 3 and DVBE certification. This project is a California State and Davis Bacon Prevailing Wage job (The higher of the two applies). Project is also subject to Section 3, and Local Hire Requirements. Bids must be received by Friday, April 14, 2023, at 4:00pm for the following trades:
