Valentine Corporation is seeking certified DBE subcontractors, suppliers & truckers for quotes including, but not limited to, the following scopes of work: Traffic Control, Portable Changeable Message Signs, SWPP, Biologist, Roadway Excavation, Structural Excavation, CIDH, Drilling, Paving, Concrete, Steel, Hand Rail, Thermoplastic Striping, Paint Pavement Markings and Trucking.

Bonds may be required, if so Valentine Corporation can assist. A 100% payment bond and performance bond may be required for the full amount of the subcontract price. Please provide a bond premium rate with your quote. Subcontractors must possess a current contractor's license, insurance and worker's compensation coverage meeting Caltrans requirements and will be required to sign the standard Valentine Corporation Subcontract Agreement.
