Subcontractors must possess a current contractor's license and comply with all California registration requirements. All subcontractors are required to obtain a Department of Industrial Relations registration number and provide the number to RMC at bid time with their quote. Subcontractors must possess a current contractor’s license, insurance coverage, and workers compensation for the entire length of the contract. RMC may require subcontractors to provide 100% performance and payment bonding for their value of work. RMC is willing to breakout any portion of work to encourage DVBE and SBE participation. RMC is an Equal Opportunity Employer and will consider all bids that may be submitted. If we can be of assistance with providing specs, plans, obtaining bonding, insurance, materials and/or supplies or have any questions related to the referenced project, please contact our office at (541)882-8377.
