Baltray Enterprises, Inc. dba Bancker Electric is looking for the following scopes of work for this bid:

- Natural Gas Generator Supplier
- Removal of Existing Generator
- Rigging and Installation of new Natural Gas Generator
- Natural Gas Piping Installation
- Steel Dunnage Supply and Installation
- Cable Tray Vendor

City of Long Beach Scopes:

Removal of existing diesel generator (along with all controls, piping, exhaust ducts, etc) at ground floor, demo of exit door frame of boiler room to meet clearance requirements, removal of existing day tank for generator and diesel fuel contained within.
Installation of fuel gas system, including piping, equipment and all necessary accessories as designated for Natural gas generator.
Installation of Gas Generator at new location.
