We are seeking subcontractors and suppliers for all of divisions 22 and divisions 23 work and supplies and material. Please review the full set of plans and all specification sections to see if you are able to supply and portion of this work, even if that work is broken out differently than normal. We are open to splitting out sections of the work or to having different materials and supplies split out differently than normal to accommodate any supplier.

The specific trades we are seeking covers all of division 22 and division 23 and can be further broken down to:
- Excavation and backfilling
- Plumbing piping, plumbing valves, plumbing fittings
- Plumbing Fixtures
- Plumbing Insulation
- HVAC ducts
- HVAC grilles, registers and diffusers
- HVAC duct accessories
- HVAC Testing, Adjusting and balancing.
- HVAC Insulation
- HVAC Exhaust Fans
- HVAC Equipment
- Other HVAC breakdowns as you feel comfortable.
- Other Plumbing breakdowns as you feel comfortable.

The project is prevailing wage and a PLA is required to be signed by all subcontractors. We are a 100% union shop and will only hire union labor and signatory subcontractors.
