This project is an OCIP. Please review all insurance documents and ensure proper costs are included in your proposal.

Replace Transformers and Rectifiers at: West 82nd Street Substation: Replace power components including transformer, rectifier, high tension switchgear, positive and negative DC bus, AC bus, and new battery charger. Repair roof, floors and walls, and repair concrete cracks and spalls.
West 99th Street Substation: Replace power components including transformer, rectifier, positive and negative DC bus, AC bus, high tension cables, and new valve regulated leadâ€"acid (VRLA) batteries with new battery rack and spill containment. Repair roof and walls, and repair concrete floors, walls, roof, and passageway stairs.
Replace the DC line up at: Jamaica Yard Substation: Install new DC breakers lineup in new mezzanine above existing DC lineup. Remove and replace existing sump pump, build new exterior staircase from mezzanine and cut out south wall to install door. Reconnect existing cables and install new power cables to new DC bus.

Replace the High-Tension Switchgear for: 64th Road Substation; 55th Road Substation; Hulst Street Substation; East 165th Street Substation; and Baychester Substation: At all Work Sites, replace power components, high tension switchgear with new AC high tension switchgear and connections. Install new high tension property line box, new revenue metering cabinets, lighting and heating electric panels, and LED light fixtures. Repair concrete roofs, walls, and floors.

Project solicitation needs include, but are not limited to the following scope:
concrete supply, rebar supply, rebar installation, Structural Steel, miscellaneous metal supply & installation, Masonry, Waterproofing, Doors & Hardware, Hatches, Painting & Lead abatement.
