SnL Group, Inc. is seeking quotes from all qualified vendors, subcontractors, service and material providers, including all certified MBE/WBE for the following items of work per plans and specs, including but not limited to: sewer main pipe and appurtenances, manhole, cleanouts, laterals, water piping and appurtenances, hydrants, vault and boxes, pipe insulators, trench shoring, sheeting and bracing, trucking; dump trucks, transfers, water & concrete trucks, traffic control, construction signs, SWPPP, aggregate materials; concrete/slurry, asphalt, base, sand etc., paving, striping, surveying, site prep and excavation, pothole, trenching, concrete & pavement recycling. SnL Group, Inc. is available to discuss breaking out any portion of work to encourage minority participation.
DBE for this project is defined as WBE and MBE. DBE business can no longer self certify, all DBE enterprises are required to submit their applicable certification along with their quote and forms 4500-3 and 4500-4 from the bid documents.

Wage Requirements are Prevailing Wage for the State of California, and general Federal prevailing rate of per diem wages, holidays, and overtime work for each craft, classification, or type of workmen needed to execute the contract are established by the Secretary of Labor in accordance with the Davis-Bacon Act. Both State and Federal prevailing wage rates are applicable. Where a conflict occurs between the State and Federal prevailing wage rates for any job description, the higher rate shall be used.
Insurance Requirements: each subcontractor must submit proof of work comp insurance and obtain work comp throughout the completion of the project.
Requirements: by submitting a proposal, the bidder affirms that they have carefully examined ALL the bidding documents/addenda and that from his/her own investigation, they have satisfied themselves as to the nature and location of the work. SnL's written subcontract documents execution is required of all successful subcontract bids.
