Project Details

We are seeking quotations for construction contractors licensed to perform electrical, low voltage, telecom, fire alarm, security, crane & rigging, NETA testing, and excavation.

The Project generally consists of major renovation in an operating industrial facility and includes demolition, structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and controls upgrades for the Sludge Dewatering System, Multiple Hearth Furnaces, Wet Scrubber and Air Pollution Control, Seismic Strengthening, and related Facilities.

Certifying DBE Firms:
Under the DBE Program, entities can no longer self-certify and contractors and sub-contractors
must be certified at bid opening. Contractors and sub-contractors must provide to the CASRF
recipient proof of DBE certification. Certifications will be accepted from the following:
The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA)
The Small Business Administration (SBA)
The Department of Transportation’s State implemented DBE Certification Program (with
U.S. citizenship) Tribal, State and Local governments
Independent private organization certifications
If an entity holds one of these certifications, it is considered acceptable for establishing status
under the DBE Program.
