Demo, lighting, flooring, roofing, painting, signage, fire systems, seismic, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, landscaping, asphalt, and concrete.

CA Prevailing Wage rate, Section 3 requirements, and Alameda County Measure A1 Labor and Contract Compliance Program goals apply.

BBI is signatory to carpenters and laborers and requires that these scopes of work be performed by union carpenters and laborers.
