Piazza Construction is seeking the use of MBE and WBE subcontractors and suppliers for the following aspects of the job: erosion and sediment control, HMA type A asphalt, pavement grinding, class 2 aggregate base, midwest guardrail system and end treatments, 4" thermoplastic stripe, 12" CMP, type G1 inlet, riprap, 18" CMP, geocomposite drain, 18" edge drain, 4x6 pressure-treated lumber, lava rock, geocomposite fabric, 24" cast-in-drilled hole concrete piling, concrete, bar reinforcing steel and W14x99 soldier piles.

100% performance and payment bonds may be required. Subcontractors must possess a valid contractor's license, DIR registration number, and current insurance. Contractors and suppliers to provide proof of current DBE certification with proposal. Contractor shall take out and maintain during the life of the contract, a Commercial General Liability Policy, with a minimum limit as defined within the contract documents, naming Piazza Construction as additionally insured.
