Due to the current status of design we are requesting hourly and/or unit rates for the following
Erosion Control components, Traffic Control, Aggregate Materials, Ready Mix Concrete, Asphalt Paving, Construction Area Signs, Roadside Signs, Striping, Trucking, Sweeping, Potholing, Soil Disposal, Survey, traffic control, Site security, construction inspection services, surveying, (mitigation monitors archeologist, paleontologist), temporary fencing, GPR
Additional scopes will be available for bid as design progresses.
Project will be executed from late 2024 through 2025.
Requirements: 100% performance and payment bonds may be required for the full amount of the subcontract price. Subcontractors must possess a valid CA contractor's license, DIR registration number.
There is a PLA in place for this project so subcontractors will need to agree to be bound to the project labor agreement for any covered onsite labor.
The requirements of the IRA (inflation reduction act), BABA (build America, buy America Act), AIS (American iron and steel) and the WIFIA (water infrastructure financing and innovation act) apply to all purchasing for this project.
Subcontractors are required to possess and maintain a current contractor's license and must also be registered with the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) as required by Public Contract Code Section 1725.5. Subcontractors will be required to execute ARB, Inc Standard Subcontract Terms and Conditions and meet insurance requirements.
