Seeking HUB certified businesses to provide quotations for the UCT Façade Maintenance Project.

The scopes of work we are looking to subcontract are as follows: 910-78 Weatherization, Weather and Waterproofing Maintenance and Repair Services. 975-37 Garbage/Refuse Equipment, Dumpsters, etc. Rental or Lease. 910-51 Masonry, Concrete, and Stucco Maintenance, Finishing, and Repair Services Including Inside Concrete Sawing and Grouting Work 155-53 Parking Structures.

The HUB goal for this project is 21.1%. Plans, Specifications, all future addendum, and other project information can be obtained for free at the below OneDrive link. If you have any trouble accessing the documents, please reach out for assistance.

The bid submittal is scheduled for June 29th at 2:00PM CST. We request that you submit your proposals to us no later than June 27th at 2:00 PM CST on the items of work or materials that your company is certified to supply or perform. Please email your quotation directly to tlong@restocon.com and bids@restocon.com. Your quote must conform to all requirements of the bid documents, including but not limited to the plans, general provisions, special provisions, specifications, and contract for construction of the owner/agency (including addenda thereto) and follow all federal, state, and local laws.
