This project is OCIP. Please review all insurance documents and ensure proper costs are included in your proposal.

Construction of new control, electrical distribution and reserve electrical distribution room; demolish and reconstruct a section of track and supporting structures; remove existing vault ceiling and install new sidewalk entryways, hatches, and personnel shafts; install temporary pumping system, remove existing and install new pumps and piping in pump room, adjacent to the track, and sump pit; remove existing pump room electrical equipment and replace with new; remove existing control room communication equipment and furnish new.

Project solicitation needs include, but are not limited to the following scope:
CPM Scheduling, survey, progress photo & video, concrete supply, rebar supply, rebar installation, concrete redi-mix supply, miscellaneous metal supply & installation, masonry, waterproofing, Painting & Lead abatement, plumbing work, electrical work & communication work
