Project Details

This prevailing wage project consists of the construction of an 8-level parking structure with supports for photovoltaic cells on the top level. It includes an extensive façade and signage elements. It is subject to compliance monitoring and enforcement by the Department of Industrial Relations. All subcontractors must be registered with the Department of Industrial Relations pursuant to Section 1725.5 of the Labor Code at time of bid. This project is subject to a PLA. Section 7.9 of the PLA states that this project has a goal of 30% of all construction labor hours worked on the project shall be from Veterans, individuals who have successfully completed (1) the Building Trades Multi-Craft Core Curriculum Pre-Apprenticeship Program, or (2) the Hope Builder apprenticeship program, regardless of where they reside, and area residents residing first, in those first tier zip codes which overlap the City of Anaheim, as reflected on the list of U.S. Postal Service zip codes and, second, residing with the remainder of the zip codes for Orange County. If your work force falls into these categories, please make this clear on your proposal. Please see link to documents which will be updated if there any changes.

We are seeking the following: final clean, excavating/grading, shotcrete, detectable warning strips, parking lot striping, fiberglass planters, reinforcing steel & PT, barrier cable, masonry, chain link fence, steel - misc, steel - stairs, facade, expansion joint, carpentry, caulking & BGWP, roofing, sheet metal, metal doors, overhead doors, glass & glazing, lath & plaster, drywall, accoustile ceilings, resilient flooring, painting, signage, dynamic signage screens, wire mesh partitions, phenolic lockers, architectural screens, metal lockers, parking controls, parking guidance digital signs, bike racks/lockers, elevators, escalators, elevator cab finish, fire protection, plumbing, hvac, electrical, and PV.
