BP # 7 Flooring (Resilient & Carpet), Acoustical Ceiling & Building Specialties (Material Only)

Plans, specifications, and any other pertinent bidding documents will be available electronically on the Building Connected Website the week of September 28, 2023. Contact Susan Samimi at our office number above to be added to the Building Connected solicitation for the project.

The Finishes scopes are scheduled to begin in Q3 2024.

A non-mandatory job walk will be held on October 09, 2023, at 10:30AM PST. Please RSVP your attendance to Susan Samimi by 10/04/2023.


100% Payment and Performance Bonds are required for amounts over $100,000. Any subcontractor that cannot provide Payment and Performance Bonds for this project can contact our office at 925-494-9700 to discuss available options. Workers’ Compensation and Waiver of Subrogation will be required by all Subcontractors.
